The Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs is conducting a telephone campaign in communities across Canada in support of the activities of the national programs and services supported by the CAFC.

The money collected during the period of this campaign will be directed to the following programs:

1. to advance Fire Prevention and Community Safety Issues: to support initiatives that enhance capabilities in the areas of Search and Rescue

2. to address the issues of Bio Terror threat mitigation in Canada

3. to support the costs of the fundraising drive and CAFC operating cost

4. and to support the Partnerships Toward Safer Communities program

All calls are being monitored.
