The FCC puts its official site on-line for the Migration to Narrow Band

The FCC has put its official site on-line for the Migration to Narrow Band. I invite you to take a look at it. Since Industry Canada has not announced similar plans, we could find ourselves in a situation where Emergency Services, particularly small Fire Departments, who routinely answer calls across the border and have programmed common tactical frequencies in their radios, unable to communicate in a clear manner. This is a potential  life safety issue and its impact should be measured. At the least, these Emergency Responders should be notified.
